ALL ORDERS ACCEPTED BY OUTDOOR CABINETS DIRECT MUST BE ON AN OUTDOOR CABINETS DIRECT ORDER FORM FILLED OUT ON OUR WEBSITE. ORDERS MUST BE PROCESSED AND PAID FOR BEFORE GOING INTO PRODUCTION. ORDERS WILL NOT GO INTO PRODUCTION UNTIL THIS IS DONE. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE AN ORDER IS IN PRODUCTION. A CHANGE ORDER WILL HAVE TO BE PROCESSED IF YOU MUST MAKE CHANGES AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED (3-WORKING DAYS). EVERYTHING PROCESSED BY OUTDOOR CABINETS DIRECT MUST BE IN WRITING, THIS ROUTINE IS TO PROTECT BOTH OUTDOOR CABINETS DIRECT AND THE CUSTOMER FROM COSTLY MISTAKES.

A COMPLETE INSPECTION IS TO BE PERFORMED UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT. REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT THAT APPEARS TO HAVE DAMAGE, AND CONTACT OUTDOOR CABINETS DIRECT.

IF CONCEALED DAMAGE IS FOUND, REPORT IT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

ALL CABINETS AND PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, THEREFORE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
